Robot wars – designing a winning USV or UUV

Join Dynautics for a step-by-step walk through of how their ShipSim and AUVSim marine simulation tools are used to design a world-class unmanned vessels. Dynautics’ Alison Little will talk you through the whole process, from modelling the vessel’s form through to basic hydrodynamics and buoyancy characteristics. She will also cover how the completed model is then placed into a simulated environment for the design and optimisation of the vessel’s control system – ultimately leading to a faster time to launch!
