Blue Insight – The Ocean Data Platform

Blue Insight is an open, modular digital platform that increases efficiency, frees resources and exploits potential in dealing with any ocean data. It offers a wide range of features encompassing data collection, integration, management, analysis, prediction, visualization and sharing. Built on certified core components and meeting high cyber security standards it operationalizes data handling for a large number of applications such as remote sensor control and operation (of e.g. EK echosounders), real-time in-situ data processing and survey data management. Monitoring data can be well contextualized for enhanced situational awareness and decision making support. Independent from the application, a Blue Insight solution remains scalable and adaptable to the user demands. Blue Insight is sensor-, platform- and data transmission pathway-agnostic and the user always retains full data ownership and control.
